Level 2: Core 40 for Internal Fitness

Originally, Hatha Yoga was therapeutic practice for self-development and health in preparation for meditation. Core 40 for Internal Fitness includes Asana, Nauli, Bandhas, Kriyas, Pranayama, body and hand Mudras, codified to enhance internal fitness, mental focus, peace and tranquility.

Level 3: Masters’ Core

84 Asanas – Level 3: Master’s Core is an advanced system. Learn basic techniques to help you understand and perform the more advanced poses in the Ghosh Lineage advanced system. Physical awareness and alignment are the primary focus of the workshop. Tune into your body at a deep internal level and understand the minute details of each pose.
